Understand Why Things Went Wrong

When the result of your action is dependent on external factors, it is quite natural that some of those factors will go in your favor and sometimes they will just act in their own way. You can complain and do nothing about the issue and make yourself miserable or you can choose to recover from your instantaneous upset mood and look at the positive sides. You can learn from your failure and look at the bigger picture in life where nothing is permanent.

Complaining about everything has become a mental disease. It gets you nowhere and it is simply a waste of time weakening your health and worsening mental state. It is in your hand to rise above pettiness, make a better choice and live a better life no matter what.
