The subconscious mind is usually your way of feelings about something. Whatever comes across the mind can cross because initially we are in peace.


This is what keeps our heart beating and even tells us when we are hungry. Without our subconscious, we would not be able to continue existing. The subconscious is something that works faster than anything we could ever imagine, taking in everything around us and finding what we need.

Sadly though, our subconscious is something that can either benefit or demolish our creativity. It is the foundation of our ego and conscious mind. We must make it listen to us, but how exactly can that be done? That depends on you and what works best for you.

Meditation is extremely beneficial but chances are you already know that. The more deeply we relax the more united and our subconscious and conscious will become. This is something that also brings us closer to the universe and makes us more defined on our path in this world.

This is something that works similar to meditation but in it, there is someone guiding you through each step. You can work with someone in person or even watch a guided video online.

#4  Sleep

This is a time where the boundary of your mind is thinner than it usually is. Think of the things you want in life as you fall asleep rather than all the things bothering you. This will fill your subconscious with positivity. The more positive you are in times like this will really make a huge difference. Try to reflect on the good things that happened throughout your day even.

If you haven’t heard of floating yet you need to check it out. There are many locations in which you can float. This consists of being in a sensory deprivation tank for small periods of time. A sensory deprivation tank is a tank filled with salt water that you float in often either nude or in a swimsuit. You are closed inside in complete darkness and without sound.
