Push is what makes one to do what he/she does. It is the motivating factor, what one gets after doing something gives push. It might be the result or the reward. Some are pushed by the money or the need to accomplish certain goal for oneself or for a larger group of people. The push should be for the right reasons that are beneficial and not destructive or that front selfish interests. Motivation should be encourage positive actions and negative ones should be shunned. Push is very necessary since without it interest and motivation would be low hence poor work would be experienced. Push is highly needed during tough times and also required throughout all the time.
5. Ideas

The war of the twenty first century is war about ideas. It is a mental war. Highly creative people are the hot cake of the job environment and they produce good ideas that change things and give high results. Creation of ideas require a good environment with very imaginative people that can think outside the box. Original and authentic ideas is what is required to enhance a better way of doing things. The ideas should be able to solve the problems that they are applied to. The best way of inventing ideas on doing things is trying new things. Trial and error can make one find the true way and good ideas. Failure leads to identifying what works and what doesn’t work. Companies should generate ideas and encourage creativity in their places of work so that it can have ideas that improve its results and keep away competition. Ideas are really very important.

6. Improve

For anyone or for any product to be relevant for a long time it must improve either in quality or quantity. Improvement is the act of changing for the betterment. For improvement to be achieved new things should be introduced and implemented. Ideas and better way of doing things are the necessary ingredients to improve. Changes are very important but only necessary and beneficial changes are needed since change is the only permanent thing in the world. To improve requires a lot of effort that makes it a must to sacrifice. At last improvement will definitely pay off.
