7. Serve

To serve is a must. For work to be done service should be given. Progress is directly proportional to the service given. Any reward worth having is dependent to the service offered. Sometime serving takes a lot of effort, time, resources and it very hard and too demanding but the final goal is very rewarding to the doer. There is no gain without pain. Everyone should learn that for anything substantial to happen a good amount of service should be invested. Service is rewarding depending on the effort, skill and time put into it. (R.warmer, 2014)

8. Persist

They say when the going gets tough the tough gets going. During trying times persistence is the driving force. To persist means to be give consistent effort all the time and also when one is least motivated. In this world nothing comes easy and the road to greatness is not straight nor even friendly. Although it might be rough we should not give up at any time. Persistence is the medicine that cure difficult times. (E.holzclaw, 2008)

Conclusion

Greatness is paved with a lot of things that require a lot of will in order to pursue it and come out great. Greatness is journey rather than a destination that should be perfected every day for the common good of everyone and not just one self.
